As a charitable organization owned and run by the membership we value your participation. The Thakarki Trust’s AGM enables the Committee to keep the membership informed and for the members to participate in the decision making and operation of the Trust. Members are entitled to a vote at Annual General Meeting (AGM). We encourage you to participate either by joining us at the AGM and voting in person or sending your vote via email or post. A proxy voting form has been emailed or posted to all members to enable those unable to attend to vote. Forms which are not duly completed and returned will automatically be taken as approving the Committee’s recommendations.
Votes sent via email or by post must be received by 15th September 2015 (5 days before AGM).
